Many people work in places that have a high volume of customer traffic. It doesn’t matter if it is a restaurant or a place to do your shopping for food or electronics. The main point is with that many people walking around and touching different things in the stores, the amount of bacteria escalates at an extreme rate. Since you don’t know where these people have been or how they lead their lives, you don’t know how much bacteria they are carrying in their hands.

Does Hand Sanitizer Really Work?

I am sure that most you have hear about hand sanitizers and what they do or else you wouldn’t be reading about this article. Hand sanitizers were developed to help keep hospitals cleaner to prevent infectious bacteria from spreading.
But, the question still remains. Does hand sanitizer work? A study was performed in an European hospital where they were given a natural hand sanitizer to experiment with for one month period while studies were performed documenting staph infections in the hospital. At the end of the month the staph infections had dropped 1% with every application of natural hand sanitizer that was used. The more they used the hand sanitizer the more percentage of staph infections were dropping. The amount of bacteria dropped by almost 40% in the hospital which is outstanding considering all the germs that hospitals have in them.
