It has been stated that bed bugs don’t thrive in schools. Nevertheless, there were many reports of them penetrating campuses. And according to the news, a Norfolk middle school was the latest addition to the list of them.
The said school reportedly infested by those vampire-like insects was specifically the Lake Taylor Middle School. In a letter sent out to parents, the administration confirmed that a bed bug was indeed found in it.
But parents were asking – how did the pest end up in the campus? While the officials did not disclose what or who the source was, one parent shared that according to her son, the infestation started in one of the classrooms last Friday.
To solve the bed bug issue, it was said that exterminators were called in to do a bed bug treatment. And as the report shared, the parents were glad of the action taken.
