It can’t be denied. Bed bugs are now so prevalent. The worse part is, they are not done yet. They continue to spread causing havoc in any place they infest. And with Cincinnati among those cities becoming a favorite spot of them, State Representative Dale Mallory (D-Cincinnati) thought something must be done to control their presence, hence, the call for a meeting.
Actually, in the past few years, a number of cities in Ohio have already been on the annual top ten most-infested ranking. Cincinnati and Columbus are particularly two of those cities that have been on the list for a number of consecutive years. Needless to say, that’s very alarming.
Realizing that and stating that the bed bug situation in the state was getting worse and worse, State Rep. Mallory then stated that measures must be taken to “remedy the problem.” And to discuss the actions to be taken, he asked for a meeting of the Joint Bed Bug Task Force. It was scheduled on February 27, 2014 at 5 pm at Theodore M. Berry Center, 880 West Court St., Cincinnati.
The meeting would be open for pest control companies as well.

“State Rep. Dale Mallory (D-Cincinnati) will convene an emergency meeting of the Joint Bed Bug Task Force on Thursday, Feb. 27, at 5 p.m.at Theodore M. Berry Center, 880 West Court St., Cincinnati.
“The bed bug epidemic has mushroomed out of control,” Rep. Mallory said. “For the past seven years, several major cities in Ohio have been ranked in the top ten. One of my major fears is that the capitol of our state—Columbus—may soon be overrun by bed bugs. Our situation has gotten worse and worse. New measures are needed to remedy the problem.”

The fact that bed bugs are still spreading despite them being already so prevalent is truly alarming. You must take that as a warning to take steps to prevent their presence. And because they are sneaky, you must take that as an alert to ready yourself to kill bed bugs anytime as well.
But why do you have to, you might ask. Basically, that’s because bed bugs are so annoying in various terms. Physically, they could give you bed bug bites that could leave you with red and swelling marks that itch for days. Besides that, they multiply very quickly and could easily take over a place. If you don’t eliminate them as soon as you can, they could cost you big for a professional bed bug treatment.
And so, to avoid all that, take preventive measures and if ever the critters get past those steps, get rid of them immediately. However, when eliminating them, be sure not to use a chemical-based pesticide. They contain harsh chemicals that could be dangerous to health.
Instead, use Bed Bug Bully. It is organic-based so it leaves no odor or residues that could harm health. It is even on EPA’s FIFRA 25(b) list.
Also, it is effective. It could kill bed bugs and their eggs and nymphs.
