Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
basket and enter your credit card information. If you would like to place an

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state
of Florida (6%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Shipping/Express Shipping
Mycleaningproducts.com process orders Monday through Friday, excluding
Holidays. We ship direct via ground service by UPS and Fed-Ex Ground and DLT.
For larger orders, a carrier will be used. Please contact us for more
information.
Most items are shipped within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 14
working days for your delivery to arrive. Any special ordered items will take
longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 working days or more
depending upon the special order. If you have questions, please contact us.
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at
Mycleaningproducts.com, please call us during normal business hours at
1-877-978-6501 or send us an email to orders@mycleaningproducts.com. We
will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or
undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being
"returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping
charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be
responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. We
will have to contact you and let you know what those additional charges will be.
Availability & Back Order Items
Most items are always in stock but sometime there are runs on an item and
it's periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you
right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.
Defective Merchandise
Satisfaction is extremely important to Mycleaningproducts. The items you'll
receive are of the high quality products, in excellent condition. 100% guarantee
all products. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5
days of receipt of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will
be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may
be necessary. When ordering please measure dog beds and choose colors wisely to
avoid the extra return charges. All custom orders are not returnable.
Only items in new and unused conditions will be refunded, less shipping and a
15% re-stocking fee. Damaged or used items will be charged additional fees. If
an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping
charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Exchanges are not subject to any
re-stocking fee.
You must contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a
RMA Number (Return Authorization Number). We cannot insure a refund without
this.
Returns and exchanges are for unused items only. All returns and exchanges
are accepted within 30 days of receipt and require a return authorization
number. please send an email to returns@mycleaningproducts.com or call us
at 877-978-6501.
If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all
shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%
