Monkey Joe, a play place in Lexington, South Carolina, was recently rumored to have bed bugs. However, with the inspections it went through, it had proven that it doesn’t have them.
The rumor started when a mother claimed that her 10-month-old daughter picked up the critters from the play center during their visit on February 04, 2014. She posted pictures of the supposed bed bugs on Facebook and shared her story with local media outlets. When she was contacted by the company’s employees following it, she also said her daughter was still recuperating from the bed bug bites.
The mother’s complain then quickly spread online. That hit Monkey Joe’s big time and it prompted it to take action to salvage their reputation. They had the place inspected and re-inspected for any sign of the pest’s presence.
Nonetheless, there was no hint of bed bugs found in the area as the two pest-control companies hired stated. A report from one of them was even posted on Facebook by Monkey Joe’s.

With the prevalence of bed bugs today, you could say that there’s no more place safe from their presence. And though Monkey Joe’s may not have those critters as reported, like any other place, it is still at risk of being infested by them.
Because of that, you must be wary of bed bugs and be ready to get rid of them promptly as that “any place” could be your house next. You got to know the bed bug signs and immediately conduct an inspection as soon as you see them. And also, you got to prepare a bed bug spray so you could kill bed bugs on the spot and prevent them from multiplying and further spreading.
However, the majority of the pesticides today contain harmful chemical ingredients. It wouldn’t be good to get any one of them as they could risk your health and that of your family.
Instead, it would be best to get Bed Bug Bully. It is unlike most of the pesticides as it is made with organic ingredients. It is even on EPA’s FIFRA 25(b) for being a pesticide-exempt. Hence, rest assured that it is safe. When it comes to effectiveness, it could also kill the critters in seconds, even their eggs and nymphs.
