Description

Four Gallons. One Case. One Line Item.

Rusterizer neutralizes rust stains on contact. Spray it on, wait, rinse it off — the stain is gone. No scrubbing, no grinding, no resurfacing.

The 4-pack 1-gallon case is the replenishment unit for crews running rust treatment on a recurring schedule. Four jugs ship in one box, on one PO, as one SKU — no per-jug logistics, no separate line items, no consolidating four single orders into a job-site reorder.

Who Buys the 4-Pack 1-Gallon Case

Concrete contractors & stone masons — distributed across multiple job sites
Pressure washing operators — one jug per truck, per route, per crew
Facility & janitorial teams — recurring maintenance across multiple buildings
Restoration companies — keep stocked across project teams without bulk-pail storage
Property management groups — multi-property exterior maintenance kits
Marine operators — service routes treating multiple hulls per cycle

The case is the right format when crews need 1-gallon working containers in more than one place — but a 5-gallon pail is more centralized than the operation runs.

In use at NFL stadium operations, Disney contractor crews, and commercial pressure-washing routes nationwide.

Why Crews Buy the Case

Single SKU, single PO — one line item instead of four; simpler reorders
One box, four jugs — reduces per-jug shipping and handling overhead
$46 per gallon — saves $24 vs. four 1-gallon bottles ordered separately
Up to 4,000 sq ft of coverage per case — sized for full-route deployment
Spray-and-rinse application — eliminates scrubbing labor on most concrete and masonry surfaces
Ready-to-use — no mixing, no dilution, no batch prep
Plant-safe — rinse vegetation with water after application

How It Works

Rust stains on concrete come from rebar bleed-through, irrigation water, fertilizer runoff, metal equipment, and surface oxidation. On porous concrete and masonry, rust penetrates below the surface — pressure washing alone can’t lift it.

Rusterizer reacts directly with embedded oxidation, breaking the bond between the rust and the surface so it can be rinsed away. No grinding, no abrasion, no resurfacing.

Application

1. Transfer Rusterizer to a pump sprayer, pressure washer attachment, or standard spray bottle.
2. Spray directly onto the rust-stained surface.
3. Wait for the stain to lift (typically seconds to a few minutes depending on stain age and depth).
4. Rinse with water.

For exterior and open-air use. Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Follow label directions and standard chemical handling practices.

Technical FAQ

How much area does one case cover?
Up to 4,000 square feet across the four jugs, depending on stain density and surface porosity.

Why buy the case instead of four single 1-gallon jugs?
Three reasons: a single SKU and PO simplifies procurement, one shipment reduces per-jug handling cost, and the case is priced $24 below four singles at sale price. For crews running rust treatment on a recurring schedule, the case is the cleaner replenishment unit.

Is this product ready to use?
Yes. The formulation is ready to use — no mixing or dilution required.

Is heavy scrubbing required?
No. On most surfaces, the product lifts rust on contact. Scrubbing is not required to achieve results.

How does this compare to grinding or pressure washing?
Grinding removes the surface itself, which damages concrete and shortens its life. Pressure washing alone can’t remove embedded rust from porous concrete. Rusterizer neutralizes the rust chemically without removing surface material.

Is it safe to use near plants and landscaping?
Yes, when used as directed. Rinse vegetation with water after application.

Are larger formats available?
Yes. Available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. Request commercial & bulk pricing →
