Description
Stop Paying Crews to Scrub Rust Off Concrete
Rusterizer neutralizes rust stains on contact. Spray it on, wait, rinse it off — the stain is gone. No scrubbing, no grinding, no resurfacing.
The 1-gallon jug is the working size for contractors, facility teams, and pressure-washing operators who’ve moved past spot-treatment and need real coverage — up to 1,000 square feet per gallon — without committing to a pail.
See It Work
Who Buys the 1-Gallon
– Concrete contractors & stone masons — driveways, sidewalks, patios, foundations, retaining walls
– Pressure washing operators — single-job rust treatment without bulk-format storage
– Facility & janitorial teams — recurring maintenance on smaller properties
– Marine operators — rust streaks on hulls, decks, and hardware
– Property managers — multi-property exterior maintenance, sidewalks, parking structures
– Homeowners with larger properties — driveways, patios, foundations beyond a single 32oz application
The 1-gallon is the standard step-up from spot treatment — the right size when a 32oz won’t cover the job but a 5-gallon pail is more than you need.
In use at NFL stadium operations, Disney contractor crews, and commercial pressure-washing routes nationwide.
Why Crews Switch to Rusterizer
– Spray-and-rinse application — eliminates scrubbing labor on most concrete and masonry surfaces
– Works on contact — no dwell-and-scrub cycle, no second pass
– Ready-to-use — no mixing, no dilution, no batch prep
– Up to 1,000 sq ft per gallon — sized for real job coverage
– Plant-safe — rinse vegetation with water after application
– $52 per gallon — saves $64 vs. four 32oz bottles
Where It’s Used
– Concrete walkways, driveways, sidewalks, and patios
– Cement foundations, retaining walls, and hardscape
– Masonry, stucco, and brick
– Vinyl and aluminum siding
– Stone, grout, and chattahoochee-style finishes
– Marine hulls, decks, and metal hardware
– Lawn furniture, tools, fences, and outdoor fixtures

How It Works
Rust stains on concrete come from rebar bleed-through, irrigation water, fertilizer runoff, metal equipment, and surface oxidation. On porous concrete and masonry, rust penetrates below the surface — pressure washing alone can’t lift it.
Rusterizer reacts directly with embedded oxidation, breaking the bond between the rust and the surface so it can be rinsed away. No grinding, no abrasion, no resurfacing.
Application
1. Transfer Rusterizer to a pump sprayer, pressure washer attachment, or standard spray bottle.
2. Spray directly onto the rust-stained surface.
3. Wait for the stain to lift (typically seconds to a few minutes depending on stain age and depth).
4. Rinse with water.
For exterior and open-air use. Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. Follow label directions and standard chemical handling practices.
Technical FAQ
How much area does 1 gallon cover?
Up to 1,000 square feet, depending on stain density and surface porosity.
Is this product ready to use?
Yes. The formulation is ready to use — no mixing or dilution required.
Is heavy scrubbing required?
No. On most surfaces, the product lifts rust on contact. Scrubbing is not required to achieve results.
How does this compare to grinding or pressure washing?
Grinding removes the surface itself, which damages concrete and shortens its life. Pressure washing alone can’t remove embedded rust from porous concrete. Rusterizer neutralizes the rust chemically without removing surface material.
Is it safe to use near plants and landscaping?
Yes, when used as directed. Rinse vegetation with water after application.
Are larger formats available?
Yes. Available in 4-pack 1-gallon cases, 5-gallon pails, and 55-gallon drums. Request commercial & bulk pricing →
